PAYE inside IR 35 Employment Type: Contract Location: London, UK Hybrid working model Position Overview: The International Benefits Project Consultant will focus on supporting the harmonisation of benefits & leave plans. This role will focus on supporting benefits & pension harmonisation predominately within our EMEA region impacting over 2,500 employees in 26 countries over multiple legacy organisations. This role will report to the Director International Compensation & Benefits Projects who is responsible for the harmonization activity across international but will also work closely with the Director Compensation & Benefits for EMEA Responsibilities: Prepare side by side comparisons of benefit and pension plans in each country, reviewing market data and making recommendations for the harmonisation including impact analysis, scenario modelling and cost analysis (where required). Prepare presentations and materials to support stakeholder consultation and approvals across P&C, legal, finance and leadership. Review feedback and address design concerns. Coordinate the employee consultation process (where required) to ensure acceptance of changes through preparing materials, overseeing Q&A process, ensuring legal review and impact assessment is completed. Work with the Employee Connection (HR Operations) team to review processes to identify opportunities for alignment and efficiencies associated with benefits and impact of changes. Project manage the implementation of changes including writing communications, process updates, stakeholder communications, system requirement changes. Coordinate Broker and vendors throughout the process. Prepare and manage the update of content following the harmonisation (in benefit systems, templates, one pagers etc) Project manage the overall roadmap, communicating progress to leadership and running update/training sessions for P&C community as needed. Requirements: Project Management & Delivery: Proven track record of delivering significant and complex projects using sound project management techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, prioritising and delegating effectively. Knowledge: Strong experience of International Benefits, including the design and implementation of new plans. Experience with M&A, TUPE Transfers and Harmonisation. Stakeholder Management: Ability to quickly build robust relationships with stakeholders and to effectively influence others and manage conflict. Experience in delivering change across complex, matrixed environments. Communication: Excellent communication skills, delivering complex messages and concepts in a clear and engaging way, tailoring their communication style effectively to their audience. Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to design processes and operating practices that minimise risk and drive efficiency
