Job description: 1. Responsible for the development or optimization of product functions in the shopping guide, logistics, transaction, payment, supply and other aspects of the Taobao Canada site. Formulate and implement solutions to the pain points of user shopping experience on the app; 2. Understand the needs of local target consumers in Canada and related e-commerce platforms, and be able to utilize them during product operation; 3. Be able to accurately identify user behaviors and problems, and produce specific product function improvement plans, including continuous optimization and iterative implementation; 4. Optimize the overall front-end product strategy and user strategy to achieve growth in user increments, experience satisfaction, and transactions, based on the business goals of the entire site; Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above,4 years of customer-oriented product operation experience in e-commerce business, and equivalent work experience on a large-scale international e-commerce platform is preferred; 2. Strong data insight, logical and structural thinking skills, and the ability to communicate and express smoothly, be able to formulate and implement proposals, and be able to skillfully utilize various data analysis tools; 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, be able to drive cross-team cooperation, efficiently drive project progress, and achieve results; 4. Good at innovative thinking, proactive learning, and strong self-motivation and creativity; 5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to accept the nature of daily work across time differences between China and Canada, and may have occasional domestic and overseas business trips.
