Chief Technology Officer

Albany Growth are currently hiring for a CTO & Technical Co-Founder on behalf of one of our clients in the B2B SaaS industry. The business is based in London and we are looking for an experienced Director/CTO who can take our client through to Series B & beyond. Here are the key things we’re looking for during this search: A Technology leader who has strong experience scaling teams and driving the engineering strategy in a data driven B2B SaaS business. A candidate who that has been grown a business from Seed to Series B successfully, and wants to do it again. An individual who can help drive ARR to £15m. Someone that can sit at the table with the x2 Co-Founders and act as a 3rd (Technical) Co-Founder. Can be in a London office at least 3 days per week. Technical specifics: Deep technical understanding when it comes to building SaaS products. The goal of this individual is to be the most technical person in the room, we need someone who the board can turn to when they have a product related question and can answer/advise at the highest level. Proven track record of having built something high performing, ideally a platform REBUILD, not greenfield project. This product will be more complex than building something from scratch. Leadership experience of teams that have 10 individuals. Full stack engineering experience. Doesn't have to be these specific technologies, but the client use Python, JavaScript (React.js/Next.js) and building API's. AI & Machine learning experience is desired.
