The opportunity is to come and shape and define what CRM looks like, with ambitions to grow the role in to a CRM team over time. The Role Set up and optimise automated journeys across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to winback Manage the relationship and ownership of Klaviyo, ensuring that all the key features allowing for personalisation are maximised Responsible for content across different marketing assets, adopting a personable tone of voice Drive customer retention strategies that improve Life Time Value (LTV), and reduce churn The Person You will have worked within a D2C environment in a CRM role At least 4 years experience, with the ambition to grow something embryonic Proven experience within an environment with fewer resources
