I can’t change the color of my wp site. Pls help how to change it and from where

Just from some random googling, this was offered up:
In the Appearance » Customize menu, the Hueman theme allows you to select your site’s primary and secondary colors using a color picker, so you’re not limited to the colors they choose for you.
