Where did the logo design section go?

If i remember correctly there was a place on sitepoint that i can do a contest for someone to do a logo design for me and pay them? Or pay them to do graphics for me but i cant seem to find the place on this site?Please point me in the right direction ive been looking for an hour !! lol
