I need a Software for my Sales audit but The requirements are bit different, so What should I do, either Hire a Software developer or Buy a new software from any Software vendor? I have limited budget but i don’t want to make useless expense on some sort of general software!

You should try some software from several vendor.
If you find out a software that suited you needs, buying it will be save your budget.
otherwise, you must hire a software developer for your work.
Depends on your budget and requirements. Take a look at the commercial offerings and see if they server your purpose.
The only reason I would support going with a Custom Developed Software is that you can get it the way you want it to be and most importantly in the long run if you need some added feature in it, it would be easier to build that feature into your program. If you do have the budget, then I strongly recommend going the custom way.
Technically, the only difference between hiring developers and buying software, is in the case of buying software the developers have already developed a product for you to scrutinize. If you can’t find software that fits your needs, you might consider speaking with the developers of software that comes closest to meeting your needs about customizing their product for you.
Well its upon your budget creating a software from scratch is not that easy and will take lots of time & cost so you may buy a software that suits most of your needs.
I think you need to buy new software instead of hiring a designer because it turns out to be more economical. If you hire a developer then you will be able to fix a cost only after verifying his Knowledge, experience, skills and his references. On the other hand if you do not find the appropriate software then you can get it customized by contacting the developer of the software.
I think you can try to buy a new software. You can search some software which is suitable to your needs, then choose the best one yourself.
