What Is the Yearly Tax fees for Wyoming LLC ?

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but usually you can get that information from the Secretary of the State’s office:

LiquidReflex,
Green Moon,

Thanks for such great information.

Sagewing, Yes I am not planing on doing business on Wyoming, I am doing online business that I need to register it, So the state dose not matter as I am doing it for as offshore to get the benefits of it.

It’s an odd question to throw out there on it’s own. Make sure you understand how LLC’s and taxation work before you jump in - Wyoming is a low tax state but unless you are doing business in Wyoming that may not bring much benefit.

According to How to Form a Wyoming Limited Liability Company the Annual Report License tax is $50 or two-tenths of one mill on the dollar ($.0002) whichever is greater, based on the LLC’s assets located and employed in the state of Wyoming.

Based on that formula, you pay the $50 unless your LLC has more than $250,000 in assets located and employed in Wyoming.
