Upload five images to a single mysql row using php

Please, can anybody help me with a php script to allow a user upload five images into just one row?

What I have done so far, the images are uploading into just the folder, but the paths are not dropping into the database table.

Help please.

What is your table structure?
Putting 5 things into one row seems wrong, but you may have good reason.

I think what @chorn is driving at is - show us the code. We can’t tell you what’s wrong with your code unless we can see it. The only way we could offer anything is to write new code for you, and that’s not really the point of the forum.
