what are the disadvantages of designing completely with fireworks 5 and not dreamweaver?
Designing what? A website? Fireworks is for graphics, while Dw is for coding a website, so they ae really different things. You can’t make a site with graphics alone. If Fireworks can spit out web code for (I don’t know it well enough to know) then I’d steer clear of that code, because it will inevitably be awful, like that produced by Word.
