I don’t own an iPhone or Android or Blackberry.
So is there any software that will allow me to test sites I make for these devices? I have WinXP.

There are some ‘emulators’ out there. Unfortunately, the iPhone emulator/simulator only works on Mac. But there is an Android one that I gather works on Windows:
