Which one is better ?
I think the first is best. but it depends of how you tag posts and the amount of tag results to go through.
“game news” is narrowing to news about games, that’s good I think.
“game” is about games and “news” is all that’s tagged news, also game news apparently.
Why not have them all; “game news” and “games” and “news”, and use them respectively.

You don’t have to limit yourself to one tag. Tags are for classification so they need to be related to the article. But the same article can fit in with different definitions. So if it makes sense, you can use all.

so ı can use 50 tags just in one article ?
Yes but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Remember, this is not for SEO purposes (even if it can help but it would be silly to use it that way), it is for classification purposes so your visitors can have a secondary way to find your content besides categories.
Abusing and killing the system won’t help.
Some of your articles will fit in only three different descriptions, some others one, some others 10. But keeping it simple is always a good thing to do. For your visitors, and for you and your maintainance jobs.
Although, thing your tags carefully. If you already have a tag that reads ‘news’, and another tag that read ‘games’, creating a tag that read ‘game news’ is absurd. Simply, use both tags for that article.

I would suggest the “game news” is a good tag to have too.
If he has not implemented a multi tag search function I think the “game news” is useful to narrow down the search.The other two tags has their use but how would the visitor refine a too long result list otherwise?
A common problem with using multiple tag search is that it includes search tags separatly and is not filtering out single tag hits. I think the best is to use the standard tag search that is using only one tag and tag the posts about game news with all three tags in his example.
I see but, using only one word word tag negatively affects the number of visitors?
After all, I’ll be in a very low position on google searches
