I looking to start a, legal, streaming business. Can you give me some specs (hardware) and bandwitch I would need? Price advice would be nice, and I don't care that it is a guess, it would be a start so I can work in a ballpark range. Again, I'm new at this, but any guidance would be grateful.

The solutions are elastic so they grow as user demand picks up without any intervention on your part.
Using a CDN is great for temporary broadcasts, and is a quick and easy way to get up and running without having to commit to much monetary outlay, however the cost of bandwidth per TB is a lot more expensive than what you can get on a dedicated or colocated server once you have enough traffic to reach a reasonable ongoing utilisation of capacity.
