Do you recommend to have an LLC Or S Corp. for a single-person web biz? It seems the consensus is to go with the LLC.
There are rules you must comply with for both S-Corp and LLC. S-Corp is more strict than LLC, which is why most individuals go with that.

Actually the decision points are usually around the same from state to state - you mainly need to consider how much revenue you plan to bring in, who will own the company, and whether you want to issue stock. In most cases these things are the deciding factors.
It’s easy to go from LLC to Corp in most states, and LLc’s are generally a little easier to manage and have some tax flexibility. So, if you are a single person company and will be making less than, say, 100k, of revenue an LLC can be a good starting point while you figure out what’s next.
