How to promote my website to sell my php scripts?
Buying premium membership on WHT forums or DigitalPoint forums to promote my site in their forums makes sense? Do they have any visitors at all? Or what can I do where?
I think it is hard to tell who has traffic anymore, even when a post shows number of views i wonder it it is a small fracton on that number.

Depends on the quality of your application. If it’s not that good and it’s a couple of lines of procedural codes. I don’t think you’ll get a lot of buyers.
I too am going to sell my application. Just that I am fixing a lot of things before selling it. I am not really selling the HTML layouts and stuff, I am selling the PHP codes + the HTML layouts are for free since it’s part of Bootstrap. I also allow people to update my application via the admin panel. So there is no additional cost and updates are entirely free.
