I can’t remember which page I used a small bit of code on, and I now want to search it out.
Does DreamWeaver have an option to look through my coded html and php files for a bit of sourcecode?

No problem at all. Either use ctrl+f (Windows) or cmd+f (Mac) and you will bring up the find and replace dialogue. From there, chose the option “Entire current site” or something similar in the “Find in” drop down and have it search the source code.
