PHP vs Ruby Survey

Hello Guys,
I am doing a research paper for school and a part of my report includes community feedback based on PHP and Ruby on Rails. I have created a survey, purely academic in nature and will only take a few minutes to complete. It would be really appreciative if anyone with experience in PHP and Ruby and Rails could help me out by completing the survey. Though I have experience with in PHP, I have non whatsoever with Ruby on Rails. Does that mean I can still do the PHP part of the survey? Or do you need people with experience in both?

The survey was designed so that the respondent has experience in both. So, I think that many of the questions are programmed as required, including the ruby on rails ones. Do you have experience with a PHP framework like Cake PHP?
