Hi,
I dont know javascript at all really. I only use it on my pages when placing a full script in the html code which I have just copied to do a certain action (tracking etc).
I set up my website middle of last year and when I use ppc and “page speed” in firefox I am told the pages download is poor. I have to say my knowledge of css, html and the other scripts are very basic and I was doing it just as an amateur. but now It is important this page downloads at optimum speed.
One of the major issues according to page speed is the amount of times the site has to keep returning to the server for another javascript.
Can anyone help me with how i can speed up the download for the page. I have put a link to the index page below and also the full scripts for the index page and the css file.

But another option—which won’t necessarily speed up the page load but will help the page render faster visually—is to move all the JS links down the page, just before the closing </body> tag. It seems this is becoming best practice in many quarters.
