Hi. I have two websites below.

Both are using black hat SEO t’niques as you will see in the code below. They are flash based. What I want to do is place the text into a section which the user only sees if there is no flash present, making it allowed precedure.
Hada look around but can’t seem to do it. Any help, or pointing me in the right direction is great…

You want to use SWFObject which will deploy your SWF if the user has Flash or show your alternate content if they don’t.

Not sure if this is a better method but decided to use this as text is now withing object tags, so I don’t know what effect that will have. Text is now just under a container…
