It’s not perfect, but I kinda like
Mobile → Tablet → Desktop → Cinema
It partly references the large Apple “Cinema” display (though it’s not called that any more) and the huge screens associated with home/move cinemas.

That’s my favourite one so far. Or Mobile → Tablet → Desktop → Projector?

There is a media type called projection that is presumably for larger sized screens.

Good point, felgall. As soon as I saw Ophelie’s suggestion, that sprang to mind.
I actually like Cinema more but since felgall mentioned the “projection” part, I will probably switch.
