I have a WordPress website that uses a theme. And I want to make it look unique without changing the text/image content or the custom post type.
Thought of posting in Upwork for a freelancer. But who exactly should I ask for? Front end developer or just a CSS expert or someone else?
Also, I want to see ahead how the output will look so that I can approve it. Do I ask for a mockup?
