My Registration Form Isn't Accessible - for visitors to sign up

Question regarding registration form for my site: https://danscartoons.com and see screenshot. I just noticed visitors can “login”…however, new visitors who want to sign up or register have no visible form to enter their data into. Where in my wp-admin can I navigate to set this part of it into action? Am I missing something?

This all depends on which theme and plugins you have installed. It’s possible that you will need to search for a plugin that will add this functionality for you.

Thanks, I have a custom them derived from 2012 I believe. There are 6 plugins running in the site:
1.Askimet
2. Breadcrumb NavXT
3.Google Tag Manager (inactive)
4.W3TC
5.WooCommerce
6. Yoast SEO

As for logging in, not certain I actually need another plugin, since I can actually log into it using that login form already…just needing to provide visitors with access to that form…how to get it to appear though, is befuddling me . . . .

Anyone who is a registered user will be able to log in via that form, but in a basic WordPress setup, only the site administrators have the ability to register new users. Unless you have your WooCommerce plugin set up to allow people to open an account through it.
