Hi all,

I am Wondering what would be the best way to develop a mp3 player and im also wondering how do i make it so the mp3 player plays songs from a selected folder and checks to see if the song is still playing in the browser if its reached the end of the song play the next song,

Otherwise Just loop through the music folder for all the mp3 songs in the that are not the same by the name,

But my Question is this possible with solely javascript or php how can i do this?

Is this even possable this way?

The common approach is to use flash.

Take a look at JW Player.

Microsoft SilverLight is also another RIA option, although market share is much greater with Flash.
