the screen shot is taken in resolution 1336 * 768
but the same web paeg works fine as per the design in the browser also in 1024 *768 resolution
how do i rectify the degin so that it works fine in all resolutions
similarly i have issues with displaying text with the different resolutions
in 1024 *768 resolution the text appears properly as stateed ie centered
but in 1336 * 768 the text appeasr to left
Do you have a link to the page in question? If not, you need to post the HTML and CSS for the page, so we can see what’s happening. It’s not really possible to diagnose and fix a problem from a screen-shot.

As far as I can see, the difference in the “design view” and “browser view” in your screen-shots is that the design view is only using the embedded styles, whereas the browser is adding the styles in the a.css style-sheet. Neither layout seems to alter when the browser is resized.
You need to include a doctype at the start of your page, as not doing so can cause odd rendering problems.
You should also run your pages through the W3C HTML validator, which will help you pick up odd errors and typos. For example, near the end of your HTML page, you have
<td align="Right">
which should be align=“right”.
You need to do the same for your CSS, using the CSS validator. There are several places where you have things like
padding: 3;
which will not be understood; you need to add a unit e.g. 3px, 3em, 3%. Only a value of 0 can be written without units.
Tidy up your code, and let us know if that solves your problems.

Design view is worthless. It’s not a browser. It’s fake. Never look at it. Always only ever look in a real browser.
You can also try using browsershots.org it will give you a detailed view on various browsers. That might help you fix them accordingly.
