Everything’s in the title. I’d like to add html tags to the “just another blog” part. They are filtered.

You can ‘hard’ edit it via the template files
you can add their own title and wordpress automatically made the links on that.
I think he wants to add other tags then make it clickable (making it a link)
a link, or change the color of specific words using span tags.
Then just change it via the templates
