I have an international facebook group for learning English and adding friends. It’s very active, growing fast and has about 28 000 members.
How can I get a permission from Facebook to sell it and where can I sell it.

I think yes, FB now allow people to sell their own pages.

My take is thar once written permission is obtained, it’s OK
The question is specifically about selling a group, not a personal page.
Also, what you have heard that other people are doing is really not a sound basis on which to give advice. There are very many bad practices going on on the Internet, and an awful lot of bad advice circulating. Please ensure that anything like this you post is backed up from an authoritative source.
Why would someone sell their personal page? It makes no sense!
