How to update and store inventory with calendar in mysql using php

hi everone , can you plz tell me how to store data on daily basics in database. am i need to store all the datas in database. for eg : i want to update the rooms daily in the inventory using calendar. it sholud also coonect with booking engine. if some one booked i should reflect in inventory db.
