Hi:
I have this site www.acesapr.org in which I used pull down menu. They work without problems (all mayor browsers) as long as the operating system is Windows.
I tried loading them using my ipad or iphone but I can not access the pull down menu.
What changes I need to make so the pull down menu work with a touch screen as the ipad or iphone?

Hover doesn’t work on touch devices, so you need to make sure that the top level links are clickable, so that users can drill down to inner pages via those top level links. If your inner pages are only available via the drop down menu, they may be totally inaccessible to some devices.

I changed the hover option to links as suggested and that solved the problem.
With so many devices with touch screens the hover option is obsolete.

As sugested I changed the top level links so they are clickable. This way the users can drill down to inner pages via those top level links.
