How to create a div highlight or plugin

Hi Guys,

I really need your help with creating or getting a plugin that can select a div on double click. Have been saddled with the responsibility of building a site builder and getting this tools will be useful.

I am using wix as a reference.

Your help will be most appreciated.

jQuery has a dblclick method for capturing this.
What you do are after it’s selected will be the complicated part
