If you are not getting traffic to your websites, you can focus on social media to more traffic. Social media or social networking sites are a good source to enhance website traffic but you should make it clear that only effective and useful information sharing you can give a boost to your web traffic.
Hire a seo specialist or expert, and if you don’t have money then do it yourself (it take lots of time but one day you will achieve your goal.). Try to follow Google rules & regulations and also do smo work and branding work for your website. As per you says your traffic decrease then, find out which algorithm penalize your website. And if not penalize then check your on-page and off-page both.

The most important thing is to have good-quality content on your site. Make sure it’s well-written, and also properly optimised, with the correct use of HTML tags.
Do some SEO of you website in a white hat manner…You need to understand that google is not your enemy and neither your friend…Google is made only for those who do white hat…So if your ranking is decreasing then you must have done black hat…But its not the end,You just focus on white hat your traffic ranking will back again
Personally, I find it hard to give an advice specifically without looking at your site. Have you identified the cause of traffic loss to your site? Are you hit with one of Google algos from the past months? If nothing of those things affected your site, then I think it’s a lack of effort or lack of proper campaign for your website.
If it’s the site in your signature it could be SERP related. Though your site isn’t doing that bad, #15 for me using Google, it’s hardly the authoratative site.
Why would someone buy something from your site when they can get it free elsewhere?
