How do I import a mysql database to godaddy virutal dedicated account?

I need to import a 100MB+ MySQL DB onto a virtual dedicated godaddy server.
I usually use PHPMyAdmin to export/import, but it appears that the DB is too big for me to do so. I tried to change the variables in the PHP.ini but without success.

Can someone tell me the commands I can use to import the DB ? (which directory I should be in when running them etc…)

I have putty , xamp locally installed if needed.
