Help with flash website (actionscript 3)

Hi there everybody, i have downloaded like a week ago this flash template http://www.flashmo.com/preview/flashmo_241_multi_scroller ( you can watch the preview over here and download the files), and im trying like crazy to modify a couple of things but i with no good result :(, the thing is im trying to do is that instead of the play, forward and rewind button, i want to put a scroll bar down there, or a drag bar…and when you click the image instead of jumping to the next image i want the image to enlarge to the real size…something like this ( http://www.flashmo.com/preview/flashmo_249_mega_grid ). if you could help me i would be the most thankfull man alive…
