Help Recreating an effect

I want to create a similar effect as at this http://typecode.com/.

I want to make it so when a site visitor scrolls the page explodes into particles, is there any plugins that would help me with this. Or a technique to accomplish this?

That’s a canvas, not a text effect. I’m not sure that’s an effect you’d want to use a lot regardless…
