I have question related to graphics on bankground.
Is it possible that animated graphics on the backgroung and text on front hand if i use this on the website.

Could you make that question a bit more clear? Are you asking if an animated gif can be used as a background image?
The answer is yes, if you mean the body background via CSS though usually it’s not always a good idea.
Yup, why not? Though, I don’t like too many animated elements on a website. It’s kinda disturbing… Note also that larger animated pics are weight much more than static ones.
It’s probably going to affect your page performance in a big way, and nothing looks worse than a website that hangs up and can’t display images fast enough.
