All I’ve seen with Google is good stuff. They give good set of search results, they help to give some of their profits back to people by offering an adsense program, etc.

That’s rubbish, they were just trying to stiffen their own resolve and shore up the market. It’s hard, admittedly, to stuff that up as badly as they have done but the judge could have gone soft on them and he didn’t, good for him. Woody have done differently under other circumstances? who knows but the whole thing is an erection of tissue thin inflexible lies and not as naturally rigid as it may seem.
