Firewall block?

getting those two error message. I opened up mcaffee. added https://wordpress.org as allow to the block/allow list. have not run into this before.
have also tried re-installing wp.
Any advice please?

Thank you sudipta. i googled for that before posting and also posted there as well. So had already read those posts.
in my case like i pointed out i tried to re-install(everything) not an update. And it is on a sandbox.

Ok all just in case this happens to anyone else:
At least with me it seemed to be related to the firewall (assuming) even though i had choosen to allow wp. When i went home and opened up wp not using a vpn it kicked in just fine. And the two subsequent installations (back on vpn) had no issues.
