Is their an easy way to search for a wallpaper background pattern for a web page? I know what kind of pattern I want, but don’t know the best way to specifically search for it. Any creative suggestions?
Ask a human? What type of background are you searching for can you explain to a person here; they might be able to point you in the right direction as obviously the engine doesn’t think for itself. Else do you mean generic set of terms.
If it helps, you can rough out a similar background pattern over at BgPatterns and then ask others if they’re seen anything similar.

Here’s an example (attached) of what kind of pattern I’d like,
but I’d like one more so with with thin, black, vertical and horizontal lines between squares.
You may be able to make your own from one of the many generators around.
Since his background is nicely grid-like, perhaps the bgMaker will be most appropriate to play around with.

That line must be on the image itself as repeats don’t add a line to the image.
