i am thinking of buying a webhosting reseller plan. but before i do i would like advice on what packages you think are fare for the price randges below.

The problem in the industry is not about what’s fair, it’s about always having other hosts offering everything for $2.
So, fair packages are something that depends entirely on the market you’re going for. Many hosts start by advertising locally, where the offer itself matters a lot less (all that the customer really need is their 2k-3k visitors per month to find the site up and running), and your presence in the town matters a lot more.
But, if you try to compete with Google, 1and1, Hostgator and the like, you’re going to be in trouble soon, unless you oversell to the extent that they do. However, you will be at a competitive disadvantage, because they have some economy of scale on their side, and people will still trust them more to offer the moon for $2, than a small new business.
I believe you need to tell what you are offering for those prices.
And Dan is right - check your competitors. That is the main problem in the mordern web hosting market - overloading and very low prices as result.

these packages are not yet final just a test tbh, i was thinking that the free package could do with more webspace to intise people to use, in which i give a free sub domain with,

@ OP : May be you can increase the disk space to bandwidth ratio a bit more.
I think your prices are fine, but what are you offering for them?
I suggest to give special offers for long term sign ups.

Julia is right. Give promotional codes that offers cheap prices. It is a nice way in attracting new clients.
