Drop to bottom of page after processing form

I have a form at the bottom of my page and after the form is submitted the page refreshes. Is there away to have the page drop to the bottom after user clicks on the submit button?

That works in my HTML form thanks. Now I need to figure out how to get it to work on a coldfusion form. # sign throws CF Errors

Thank you again I figured it out. I had to double the ## sign. Been a while since I worked with CF.
