Since Paypal is against wikileaks im not interested in them. I know google wallet and something called webcheque.eu, have anyone tried them?
Have you considered using bitcoin - it’s growing fast!
Bitcoin is a virtual currency, not a payment system.
There’s loads around if you search Google. I haven’t tried webcheque so I don’t have an opinion on them
if you want to pay online i cna suggest looking into payoneer. I have been using them for some time now. You can use the card also in atms. Support can be a little slow but they really help you out.
