Design call to action

Hi People,

I am only only new to the coding side of webpages, and I would like to know if there is any book, article or publication that will show/teach me how to go through the process of adding a call-to-action to a website???

I think learning HTML & CSS would be sufficient @Wombat, HTML is where you place an Element and then you can style that element using CSS, there are more advanced techniques out there but essentially all you are tying to do is draw the visitors attention to something and get them to click on a link to whatever that may be. your contact page is a good example of a Call to Action…
