Cross Browser IE Issue on side bar toggle Icon

Hi

I have made left and right side menu which will open and close on toggle Icon, when I am rendering page Mozilla my toggle button is clearly visible, but in IE 9 toggle button is not coming, and when I am closing my left or right menu my toggle button going up and it should be fix in middle of of the menu.

I don’t see a browser specific issue, it’s as broken in firefox and chrome as it is in IE9. The layout seems a bit crazy in any browser, depending on your window size.
It does not seem to be properly responsive. I have not yet made sense of how you are positioning things, but at a glance it looks like a lot of magic numbers and absolute positioning, which is never a good idea.
