Currently, I am using adengage.com, adbrite.com, stumbleupon.com, google adsense, and facebook ads to promote a celebrity comedy blog.
I have a 5-figure budget set aside for promotion of the website, and I would like to know where else I can find relatively cheap PPC/flat-rate (<$0.05 ECPC) advertising in large quantities? It does not have to be highly-targeted as the site has a pretty general audience… I am more interested in quantity (as long as they are not fake “guaranteed traffic” websites that provide expired-domain/exit-popups/etc).
