That could have many answers but I’d first look to see why chargebacks are happening, and if there any repeating reasons try to tackle them so they don’t happen as frequently.
I agree. I suggest preventing a chargeback would be an apt solution that fighting and recovering. As you have stated, understanding the root cause of the chargeback is vital.
I don’t know if there is something to do against it but it should be a calculated risk in any business and you should take it in to consideration when making strategic plans.
