We are strategizing a custom environment for a client who offers live and online courses. We chose LearnPress with a Woocommerce add-on/extension that solves much of the items and specifics she wants and needs. However, there are still unanswered questions and items we will need to customize or not be able to do with this set up since no product/LMS/system is going to fit each situation perfectly.

Questions/Problems:
We want all orders/membership details, etc to display in one place. Not sure if the LP / WC connection will have them in one place or two. Does anyone know this?
We thought about using Paid Membership Pro - this overtakes both systems and shows orders in one place but we technically don’t need this. This is the most important thing.
Client would like an to get emails once students finish final exam so she’ll know to send a CEU certificate to them in the mail. However, there are only quizzes in LP. So we have study questions and answers set up as quizzes and the final exam set up as quiz. But, if the certificate extension works, she may not need an email as they can download the CEU certificate.
Client asked if we can send out renewal emails for membership which is usually a membership plugin’s job. PMP may have this. Do you know of a different solution? We can set up a cron job but it will take some time (10-12 hours). When user purchases membership then we will keep a meta in database for next renewal date. and custom function will send email to that user.
We have installed LP, WC, and PMP for testing.
Curious if anyone knows of a better system for all these things that we need (on flowchart).
I tried WPLMS theme/system for another client years ago and she’s just changing to Teachable b/c she never liked it. It’s so huge and there was such a learning curve.
