Bot to pull data's and autopost to a forum

I am using Smartjobboard as my job site. It is Smart PHP/mysql. I would like to auto posting any new job on my website to a forum.

I am too lazy to do it myself copy paste. Pull each job’s title, salary, location, description and post it to a forum which has flood control (several minitus).

Any idea how to do it?
