Border Not Aligning With Table

Hi

I am not able to get my border without a margin on the left hand side? I do not want the white space on the outside of the border.

I have tried it two different ways both as a div and as an image in the table.

Any suggestions?

check out this modification…

…it resolves your problem, but bear in mind that
being a table element it is not entirely responsive.
