If I have say an English and French version of my site, does Google see this as duplicate content?
If both version running on the same domain then a simple answer is “NO”.
Thought this might be the case but being a Wordpress newbie had to check.

This video is really helpful. That means if we have 4-5 different TLD’s(.com, .co.nz, .de ,.fr) having same content on it then it would not be considered as duplicate content.
Use www.copyscape.com site to check whether your content is duplicate or not…
Copyscape is only used to check the content which is live
Same content in different languages will never be marked as duplicate content, whether it is resting on same domain or different domains.
