Where is the closing </span> that belongs there? Add that in in the appropriate spot. Again, debugging is the first step in debugging. The validator would have easily caught that.
Now, go into Firebug or Chrome Inspector Toolbar and find that link that isnโt underlined. Right click that link and inspect the element. Post ALL CSS in the panel that shows up. Please.

Styling the <a> tags would be a lot easier if you got rid of the unnecessary <span> tags inside of them and applied the class to the <a> directly instead.
You must have more styles set than that. Search all your CSS files that have text-decoration set. Report back. The culprit likely isnโt in this.
Also please validate your HTML and CSS pages. Do not respond until the validation errors are fixed and you properly give us back the information I requested please

I copied the code you posted in your JSfiddle into my code editor and searched for <a> tags. I failed to find those links, because this is what you have in your JSfiddle:

There are no opening <a> tags there. The first thing you need to do is change your code so that both the <a> and the <span> are opened and closed correctly.
As other people have said, using the validator would help you to find these errors and correct them for yourself.
To get the links correctly underlined, you will either need to ensure your <a> tags are nested inside the <span> tags or better still - as already suggested - remove the spans and add the class and direction directly to the <a> tags.

donโt use <span> tags when there is already a tag around the content you want to style - simply style the tag that is already there

The span is the issue. Remove the spans and you will now see it work. As we have all been saying please transfer the styles to the anchor.
