I’ve been trying to list some new products on Amazon and am having a very difficult time. To list new products, they require a UPC. If your product does not have a UPC (mine doesn’t), they tell you to e-mail a special department with details about your product for consideration.
Two weeks ago, I e-mailed this department with all information requested. I received no response, no ticket number, nothing. Three days later I e-mailed them again. No response, no ticket, nothing. So I just called “seller support” right now and they basically told me there was nothing they could do for me, the UPC department does not have a phone number, and all I could do was wait.
Wait for what? No ticket number? No response?
I’ve never seen anything like this from Amazon and am extremely disappointed. Even more disappointed that I paid my seller’s fee over two weeks ago so I could get this set up, and they are not helping at all.
Has anybody here listed a new product on Amazon, without a UPC? And if so, what kind of wait time did you experience?
